Job’s quotes are great, yet what about those of us that have been searching for years, trying one thing after another looking for the magic yet not finding it.

Or are you saying to stop looking and just accept it will come. but what happens if it never comes?

It seems the action of using the post it note was more than one action, but part of a whole new process you embarked upon.

I love this post! I think it’s so true that you have to find your passion in life. From there it becomes a joy to work hard because you love what you do. I think it’s important to have that reminder.

I loved the quote about connecting the dots because it’s so true. The vehicle for achieving success should not be your focus. Instead focus on the goal, or the what, and the rest will fall into place.

Plus you know I love that speech!

Hi Carolyn,

I am so glad that I RSS’d your blog. This was a treat to read. I was struck by one line in particular:

“It is never too late or too early to explore our lives; indeed, personal learning should never end, especially when it has to do with what you want in life.”

This line speaks to me for so many reasons…Thank you for putting words to my thoughts, which help to justify my actions.

Go for what you want, not what you know. Take risks, you have a 50/50 chance. Set goals for yourself. Know the difference between wants and needs.
