It’s Okay

It’s Okay To

… do nothing

… pamper yourself

… be a beginner

… respect yourself

… own your time

… not help

… say no

… say yes

… be messy

… make mistakes

… fail

… have fun

… define your own success

… procrastinate

… let go

… be upset

… browse online aimlessly

… ditch your to-do list

… feel drained

… not want to talk about it

… have quiet “me” time

… breathe

… dream big

… give up

… take a nap

… be imperfect

… be you!

Give yourself permission to live freely. Release the guilt. You are real. It’s okay to remember that.

Exhale.

It’s okay to be you!

I’m so happy you enjoyed this little (and simple) pick me up! It’s gloomy in Boston today so I needed a pick me up too :).

I really love this post and resonate with it. When I’m working I think I should be relaxing. When I’m relaxing I think I should be working. A hard prospect over the holidays! I like the encouragement to give yourself permission to just be and do whatever it is you want to do or need to do in that moment.

  6. Beautiful!!!!!!!!!! So so so beautiful, thank you! I so enjoyed this……….
