Great podcast. I love the "call to action." I love when an idea is translated into a concrete action that I can carry out in my daily life.

Hi Carolyn,
I am so happy to have discovered your website! You seem like a very positive, motivated person and your writing is beautiful and thought-provoking. One of my dearest friends recovered from cancer, and another is battling with it today. Both are so positive. I think its so important to have recognized that there is a dark side to things and to determinedly shift our focus to the glass-half-full, to seeing the positives and sharing the good, as hard sometimes as that is.

Personally, blessed for now with good health, I'm working to try and share my positive outlook with others on my new blog, www.goodoodles.com.... a space in our violent, bad news, negatively-obssesed media for somethingS good. I don't believe the world is as bad as they make it out to be! Who said we wanted to read and see all that and only that. Its a race to dig up the dirtiest dirt. Time for a change!!! Spread the positives! I'd love your thoughts on Goodoodles any time you have the time! And thanks for YOUR blog. I'll be back for more. Happy Tuesday,
