I depend on mantras/reminders when the going gets tough. And the going got tough today. Do you have a current mantra/reminder? Mine is below.

    I soooo needed to hear this today. I’ve been hard on myself lately for things that I cannot control. Thank you for sharing this beautiful thought.

      I’m so grateful for your comment, Laura. I so needed to hear that I wasn’t alone in feeling like this today as well :). I am in the midst of an academic setback that I totally didn’t expect and cannot control. And it’s so difficult to not beat ourselves up — but as the adage goes: “… accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.”
